1. The service

BizBuilder turns your business idea into a launch-ready package: a one-page business plan (8 sections plus 90-day milestones), landing-page copy (hero, benefits, FAQ), and a 5-email welcome sequence. A free excerpt — real output from your own idea — is generated before you pay anything, so you can judge the quality first. No accounts, no subscriptions.

2. What $17 buys

The full build is a one-time $17 purchase. Your purchase unlocks the complete deliverable for your idea: the one-page business plan, the landing-page copy, and the 5-email welcome sequence — delivered as a private styled web document plus a PDF download. If the page lists it, it's included; if it doesn't, it isn't. Prices are in USD, charged once via Stripe.

3. AI-generated deliverables: the honest terms

• The work is produced by AI language models running structured generation recipes. No human strategist reviews your plan before delivery — the recipes are the product.
• It's a starting point, not advice. The plan contains no income promises, projections, or guarantees — and it isn't financial, legal, or tax advice. You're responsible for checking the deliverable and making your own business decisions.
• Review before you publish. AI output can contain errors or awkward phrasing. Check the landing copy and emails before using them publicly.
• No uniqueness guarantee. Generative models can produce similar output for different customers. Your deliverable is yours to use, but we can't promise no one else gets something adjacent.
• Trademarks are on you. We don't run trademark or clearance searches on names or taglines in the output. If your brand needs clearance, get it before launch.
• Free excerpts are not licensed for commercial use — they're a taste, not the product. The paid deliverable ships clean.

4. Your inputs

By submitting your business idea, target audience, price point, or any other content, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and that it's not illegal or infringing. You give us a limited license to process your inputs solely to produce your excerpt and deliverable — nothing else. (See the Privacy Policy for how inputs are handled and deleted.)

5. Ownership

Paid deliverables: you own the output outright — full commercial rights, forever. Use it in ads, on your site, on packaging, wherever. We won't resell your specific deliverable or use your brand in our marketing without your permission.

6. The 7-day redo-or-refund

If the deliverable isn't usable, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery and tell us what's wrong. We'll redo it once, free. If the redo still isn't usable, you get a full refund to your original payment method via Stripe — no forms, no interrogation. That's the whole guarantee, and we mean it.

Two honest limits: the 7-day window starts at delivery, not at whenever you open the file; and if someone cycles the guarantee repeatedly across purchases, we may decline further redos — the guarantee protects buyers, not farming.

7. Delivery

Target turnaround is about 15 minutes after payment. If generation runs long or fails, we'll email you status updates at the address from checkout, and you can always reach us at [email protected]. If we can't deliver at all, you get a full refund automatically.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't abuse the free tier (bots, bulk scraping, or hammering the excerpt endpoint — rate limits apply).
• Don't try to extract full deliverables without paying; that's what the $17 is for.
• Don't submit content you don't have rights to, or use the service for anything illegal.
• Don't resell BizBuilder's previews or deliverables as a competing service.

9. Liability, capped honestly

The service is provided "as is." If something goes wrong on our end, our liability is capped at what you paid us — that's the most a $17 product can fairly promise. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, missed launches). Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the version in force when you purchased applies to that purchase. Questions, refund requests, or disputes: [email protected] — a human reads it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
